Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Late Policy
At Bare Haus, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect our time and provide the best experience for all clients, the following policies are strictly enforced.
Late Arrivals
• A 6-minute grace period is allowed.
• If you arrive more than 6 minutes late and we are unable to accommodate you, the appointment will be canceled and must be rescheduled.
• Late arrivals that cannot be accommodated will be treated as a late cancellation and may be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, unless the appointment is rebooked within that 24-hour window.
No-Call / No-Show
• Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
• Future bookings may require a deposit or prepayment.
